Time to Sing
Sometimes it is hard to get past all of the things we feel we must do in a day. If we are still of working age, the demands of an 8 to 5 job can spill over into evenings continuing to insert its way into our home lives. For the working woman, who may be married or have a family demands can sometimes be overwhelming. Even a single woman has many demands on her time since employers often expect her to pick up the slack thinking it would be more convenient for her to do so. No matter where we stand in life, all external aspects of life can invade our home and privacy. We are always feeling the need to take care of things. We see stacks of mail that need to be answered. There are dishes in the sink and clothes in the washer. There is a large pile of books that we feel compelled to read. The garden beckons to us like a long lost friend.
